your customer negotiation is a good thing. When everyone is happy
business can last for a very long time. If you loose money because
you want to please your customers, on the long run you will not
be happy and your business will suffer from it. On the
other hand, if your customers pay too much, they will go somewhere
else. So if both sides are happy, business is great.

Be innovative
If
you can understand your customers' point of view and have them
do business with you, you're in the game. To do so, you have to
be willing to understand their sides, what they think, and what
they want. You don't have to be a super creative person, but thinking
of ways to do things better, you then have an advantage on your
competition.

Educate your customers
Tell
people why they need your services or products. Give them specifics
and let them exactly know how to acquire your products.
Inform
them about the warranty and the quality of your products/services
in comparison to your competitors. Better your information, the
better chance you have to succeed.

leaders. A lot of people are not organized and they run around

you will learn to control your fears and make them part of your
